About this print:
This is image is from monotype that was made from my painting on two plexiglass plates and running them through a hand-cranked printing press, one plate after the other.
 
It’s not possible to know what print will result until both plates pass through the press. There is a phrase the printers use, “The angel in the press.” This was one of those prints where the angel showed up and I’m very happy with the outcome.
