About this oil:
As this oil progressed, the tenor of the piece became more muted and gave way to the feeling of something more like a dream. 
 
There is a strong light at the top right and a glow in the pond that moves the eye from left to right. The the entire painting is drenched in an etheric green,  the left side with less detail to create a haze that yields to the strong light stream through at the right.
 
The colors are bordering on surreal, yet calming.
